Market Needs Assessments. New products and services should offer benefits that meet your customers' needs. Rev.1 has a broad range of experience interviewing Physicians and customers in order to clarify, develop and document true market needs.

Design Description Document. Rev.1 solidifies all of our designs by creating detailed design description document which ensure the final design meets the market needs assessment.

3D CAD Design. Rev. 1 utilizes the newest technology for solid modeling. The 3D CAD design system allows for detailed design input and review with 3D images, rapid prototypes, rendered models and FEA.

Finite Element Analysis. Rev.1 can analyze the strength of a proposed design before the first part is even built. With Finite Element Analysis, we are able to verify that proposed designs are capable of performing to specification prior to manufacturing, a process that saves both time and money.

Anatomical Models. Rev.1 can also design, manufacture and modify anatomical models that replicate human anatomy, including special needs models. We have the ability and experience to translate realistic and special anatomical features into valuable models that can be used for training and design verification/validation.

Reverse Engineering. Rev.1 has a portable Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM), which can digitize any part that fits within a 12 foot sphere to within 0.004” accuracy. After digitizing the part, we can turn the data into legitimate 3D Solidworks models, which can be used to preview, design and rapid prototype the product.
