Our in-house capabilities allow us to have full control of the entire design and development process. Rev.1 has the ability to turn around prototypes and early development products faster and more efficiently than would be possible if we had to rely entirely on outside sources.

If there's a capability that we don't have available in-house, we strive to create strategic partnerships with suppliers in order to expedite the parts, when necessary. Rev.1 has many outside sources that have been utilized for years, these long standing relationships enable us to have quicker turn around on prototypes.

We specialize in utilizing rapid prototyping processes to create molds for epoxy, silicone and urethane parts. Rev.1 can go straight from virtual 3D designs to an actual part in as little as 24 hours.

Rev.1 has a complete staff of highly skilled full-time Engineers and Technicians, allowing us to build prototypes fast and in-house under our own high standard and quality control.
